Hydrolyzed Fish is a 100% organic fertilizer made from fish extracts. It’s an excellent source of nitrogen, manganese, potash, and essential trace elements. More importantly, it feeds soil microbes.

Without microbes, plants could not survive. They depend on symbiotic beneficial microbes to help them break down organic matter into usable food, help regulate the flow of water, oxygen, and nutrients, and to protect the soil from disease-causing pathogens. Hydrolyzed Fish feeds these microbes, stimulating their growth and increasing their population, making the soil healthier and more fertile.

Hydrolyzed Fish:

· Is potent and long-lasting, and since this means it doesn’t need to be applied as often as many fertilizers, it is also very cost-effective.

· Is certified 100% organic Hydrolyzed Fish is derived from all-natural fish tankage

· Is a great organic nitrogen source.

· Adds magnesium, potash, carbohydrates, enzymes, and vital trace elements to the soil to improve plant health and vitality.

· Is compatible with most liquid nutrients, fertilizers, pesticides, fungicides, and defoliants.

APPLICATION RATES

Soil Applied:

Apply 3 – 10 gallons of Hydrolyzed Fish per acre (preferably ½ - 1 ½ gallons applied over multiple applications). It may be water run, side dressed, mixed with soil applied liquid nutrients, or sprayed directly on the soil. When sprayed or side dressed without mixing with other nutrients, Hydrolyzed Fish should be diluted in 3 – 10 gallons of water.

Piggybacked With Nutrients:

Apply ½ - 2 gallons of Hydrolyzed Fish per acre mixed with the liquid nutrients. Add Hydrolyzed Fish to a partially filled tank.

Sprinkler or Drip Irrigation:

Smaller amounts of Hydrolyzed Fish may be applied in each irrigation application instead of only one application. Hydrolyzed Fish is not corrosive to pipes or nozzles and will not plug them.

Transplantation or Cutting:

Mix ½ gallon of Hydrolyzed Fish per 20 gallons of solution.

Foliar Applied:

Apply ½ - 1 gallon of Hydrolyzed Fish per acre mixed with foliar applied materials. When spraying alone on the foliage, dilute at least 1:20 in water. Foliar applied nutrients may be best applied with other Southern Organics brand products.

Turf Application:

2.5 oz. Hydrolyzed Fish per 1,000 sq. ft. Spray volume of 2 gallons per 1,000 sq. ft. 111 oz. Hydrolyzed Fish per acre. Spray volume of 87 gallons per acre.
